This is an education forum driven by a dialogue with the group to help you set personal goals for each week and to consider what may be possible for the long term.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I work with clients by combining my knowledge of holistic lifestyle factors from over a decade of passionate study and experiments, including my own transformative healing journey, and formal training through the Kresser Institute.  My general dietary practices are based upon ancestral living which includes consciously-raised animal products, plethora of plant-based foods, healthy fats and lots of dark chocolate to soothe the soul. In 2020, I completed a 1-year program to become an ADAPT-certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and received my official certification in February 2021.</image:caption>
